Zoom
Zoom is a web-based video and audio conferencing tool. All USD students have access to the Zoom app, with the preferred settings, using their USD Google ID.
All USD Zoom participants must log in to the app with SSO (Single Sign On) before joining Zooms. For an FAQ on SSO, click here.

For help logging in to Zoom, please check out the slides below. To join USD Zooms, these steps must be followed.
To join a Zoom meeting from your USD Chromebook or using the app on an Apple or Android device, with an invitation link:
Sign in to the app with SSO, following the instructions from the slides above.
Click on the invitation link sent from your student's teacher.
When prompted, open the app to run zoom.us.
Select "Join".
When prompted, "Join With Computer Audio".
When prompted, allow access to the microphone.
To join a Zoom meeting from your USD Chromebook or using the app on an Apple or Android device, with a meeting ID and password:
Sign in to the app with SSO, following the instructions from the slides above.
Select "Join", from the home menu pop-up.
Enter the 9-digit "Meeting ID" provided in the invitation sent by the teacher and select "Join".
When prompted, "Please enter the meeting password".
When prompted, select "Join Meeting With Computer Audio".
When prompted, allow access to the microphone.
